Getting back on track in 2019 is as easy as A.B.C.! Save 10% when you register before Dec. 17th.
The Art of Strength B-Fit Camp (A.B.C.) will help you get back on track to your fitness and nutrition goals after the long holiday season. Join Coaches Chrissy and Dan as they guide you on this 4-week journey.
What is it? The 2019 January A.B.C. will focus on three different types of workouts, nutrition, and how to best fuel your body to achieve the results you want.
The workouts will include:
- Isometric/ agility/ plyometrics class to train the body, so muscles become stronger, faster and more powerful;
- HIIT (high-intensity interval training) class to work on maintaining a high heart rate, which keeps your metabolism revved up long after your workout, leading to fat loss;
- Kettlebell endurance class to focus on kettlebell flow drills to improve strength and cardiovascular endurance.
Nutrition focus will coincide with the Performance level Whole Life Challenge. The program will run from Saturday, January 19th through Saturday, February 16th., with a kickoff session on Saturday, January 12th. There is both a 5:30 am and 5:30 pm class offered on Tuesdays (Isometric/plyometrics) and Thursdays (HITT) and a 7 am class on Saturdays (kettlebell endurance).
Register for Saturday's A.B.C. Sampler on December 15th! This is a donation-based class with all proceeds benefiting Second Harvest.
What's included? Participants will receive a pre- and post-body composition assessment, group coaching, as well as scheduled weekly one-on-one time with Coaches Chrissy or Dan each week to discuss goals, workouts, and nutrition.
Join the Whole Life Challenge (Art of Strength MN Team) performance level as part of the nutrition portion of the program.
