Heard of a century ride? Here is a century workout – but you don’t stop at 100! Designed to be more work and less talk, each class is built around 100 total reps of different exercises. Challenge yourself to see how many rounds of 100 you can get through. Good for all levels.
Just as it sounds, this class is a mix of all the toys on the playground and is designed to deliver a dynamic workout to build strength and endurance. Class format will vary from session to session as well as the workout. Good for all levels.

Put the steel aside! This dynamic class is designed to build strength and endurance utilizing ropes, bandit loops and body weight exercises. This workout will challenge the novice to the advanced! This is a great workout to balance those strength training days. Good for all levels.
The tools you’ll use is always a guess but in this workout you are sure of one thing – tabata! It is a ‘give it all you got’ workout! Class format is built around intervals of 20 seconds of activity followed by 10 seconds of rest. Tabatas can range in duration and include one or several exercises. Good for all levels.
The vintage equipment exclusive to ART OF STRENGTH is designed to reinforce proper form and movement. Incorporating more of the vintage equipment, this class is designed to deliver your strength and cardio training in a fun and dynamic workout! Good for all levels.
Yoga vinyasa is breath-synchronized movement. In Vinyasa-style yoga classes, poses will flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath. Like all styles of yoga, Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body. Good for all levels.
