AOS CARDIO FIT
This class is designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance through circuits and drills using a variety of tools including kettlebells, suspension training and body weight exercises. Members will be utilizing familiar AOS tools and exercises, but combined in a unique way to promote heart rate endurance and to boost metabolism. Good for all levels.
Whether you are progressing up the ladder or down via reps, time or weight, this strength-based class will challenge you to climb to your peak while trying to catch your breath. Good for all levels.
Just as it sounds, this class is a mix of all the toys on the playground and is designed to deliver a dynamic workout to build strength and endurance. Class format will vary from session to session as well as the workout. Good for all levels.
POWER INTERVAL TRAINING (PIT)
Considered much more effective that steady-state cardio at increasing aerobic and anaerobic capacity, power interval training enables you to burn the most calories in the shortest amount of time. Always based on timed intervals, this "give it what your got" workout is a must if you are aiming to burn fat. Good for all levels.

Put the steel aside! This dynamic class is designed to build strength and endurance utilizing battle ropes, suspension loops and body weight exercises. This workout will challenge the novice to the advanced! This is a great workout to balance those strength training days. Good for all levels.
Yoga vinyasa is breath-synchronized movement. In Vinyasa-style yoga classes, poses will flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath. Like all styles of yoga, Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body. Good for all levels.

So you want to focus on strength? We have the class for you. Develop overall authentic strength using weights in motion to engage chains of muscles. Intermediate level.
Take your skills to the next level! This class incorporates dynamic flow drills connecting different movement patterns in a fun and technically challenging class. Advanced level.
* INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED LEVEL CLASSES CONTAIN A REQUIRED PREREQUISITE - A DEMONSTRATED UNDERSTANDING OF KETTLEBELL MOVEMENT AND TECHNIQUE IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS CLASS. THIS PREQUISITE CAN BE MET WITH OUR AOS ESSENTIALS CLASS OR BY INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL. THIS PREQUISITE IS TO ENSURE BOTH CLIENT SAFETY AND CLASS INTEGRITY.
